• CONSULTATION – Learning your goals
  Face to face meeting to discuss your goals, budget, design, and schedule. We want to understand your dream, your priorities, and your family’s needs. This is a perfect time to meet at your building site, if you have one. If you do not, we can help find the perfect lot to meet your goals. Meeting at the site will help both parties understand the options, any challenges, and any opportunities that may exist.

  
  

• DESIGN – Putting your ideas on paper
  We feel it makes for a more successful build if we are involved in the design/drawing phase of the home. We are more than happy to review your plans and provide our ideas and opportunities to maximize your budget. We normally can find less expensive ways to construct certain aspects of a home while staying true to your goals and maintaining the highest industry standards.

  
  

• PROPOSAL – Ensuring your goals fit within your budget
  Your detailed proposal and contract is submitted to you for review and approval. Construction begins once the contract is signed.

  
  

• CONSTRUCTION – Your Dream Home becomes a reality
  Construction begins! Communication is key. We will stay in constant communication with you through the entire build. We will provide you with “To-Do Lists” to ensure your time is spent wisely and the project stays efficient. We will let you know when paint colors, Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting, Flooring, etc. is needed. We can provide suppliers of each if needed and can also help with the selection process if needed.

  
  

• MOVE IN – Welcome to your Dream Home!
  The project is completed on time and on budget. The most important thing to us is customer service. From design to move-in, we pride ourselves in building you a home you can not only be proud to own, but also feel safe in knowing that every detail was looked after with Precision.
